Less Arbitrary Surgery
RNG can be a devil in games. You have a sniper with %98 accuracy and %99 critical hit chance, and he manages to miss entirely. It is super cringy sometimes.
Rimworld uses a fair bit of RNG, but one of the most annoying areas can be surgery. Even the best colonists with high medicine skills can perform a “ridiculous” surgery failure and manage to completely annihilate your already-injured colonist.
