Story of Perfume

Chandan Takes Reins

Chandan ( Omkar Dixit) is a small town teenage boy with a middle-class background who is living with his parents happily. Chandan’s father is running a business of making perfumes and their perfumes are very famous around the village. And Chandan is a normal similar to his age groups boy. But after his father’s demise, the very young Chandan Takes over the charge of his father’s perfume making factory and works very hard for that in order to survive his family. And he grew up making perfumes and living a very simple life with his family.

Mehak A Rich Girl

Mehak is a rich pretty teenage girl who belongs to the same village in which Chandan lives. Mehak’s father ( Sayaji Shinde) is a local MLA and very powerful and resourceful man of the village. Mehak’s father sent her to London for getting a good education so Mehak was living in London to pursue her studies but due to Mehak’s Mother’s tragic accident, she has to return to India to her village. Mehak is very bubbly and full of life girl who likes to chill with her friends. From childhood, Mehak has an obsession for fragrances she madly and totally in love with perfumes and different kind of fragrances of perfumes. She immediately falls in love with the perfume she likes and tries to find out about that fragrance and perfume.

Mehal Joins The College

After returning from London due to her mother’s accident Mehak leaves her studies in the middle so she decides to join a college hence she join a local college. And fortunately, in the same college, Chandan is also studying. She started going to college and once she smells a very pleasant fragrance in the college and tries to search the source of the fragrance and of course it was Chandan as he is in the business of perfume making. Now Mehak becomes very desperate to find out about that perfume and once she smells the same fragrance in the market. Here her friends are teasing her by saying, did you find that mystery perfume boy? then she tells them that she has smelled the same fragrance in the market also.

Finally, Mehak Meets Chandan

One day finally Mehak meets Chandan to whom she is searching for because of the fragrance. She tells him about how good is his perfume and she is on totally love with it. She Also tells him about her extreme love about perfumes. Soon both of them becomes very good friends. They used to talk a lot and started spending time with each other and every now and then Chandan used to gift Mehak a lovely perfume and she feels very happy to get it. During these meetings and their conversations, they come very close and one-day Mehak expresses her love to Chandan and Chandan also feels the same and eventually they fall in love with each other.

Twist In the Love Story

When Mehak’s elder brother( Chinmay) and her father comes to know about his daughter’s love story with the poor and ordinary perfume making boy they got very angry and upset. /ct4780-windows-10-driver.html. Mehak belongs to a rich and powerful Muslim family whereas Chandan belongs to the poor Hindu family they don’t want Mehak to go further in this relationship. But both of them didn’t hear any of the warnings because they really love each other and can do anything for their love. Here Mehak’s brother and father threats Chandan’s mother also. And when nothing works Mehak’s father and brother beat up Chandan very badly with the help of their henchmen, he is on the verge of dying and in a very critical condition but Mehak’s brother and father didn’t show any mercy towards Chandan and after beating him they left him in an isolated place in very serious condition. Will Mehak and Chandan be able to unite and prove their love to her family and world?.

Review of Perfume

Directed by Karan Tandale Perfume is an innocent love story. which not only shows the difference between the status of two lovers but the difference in their religion and culture also. though the subject and story has nothing new to offer, it shows the very old topic which audiences are bored to see repeatedly. The starting 40 to 50 minutes of the movie is very slow that you will feel to leave the movie and return back to home. Hence it is a below average movie which has nothing new to show to attract audiences.

Starcast Performance

Omkar Dixit who played Chandan in the movie, it is his debut movie and for the first movie, he has done extremely well. He is the one in the movie which impressed the audience with his lovely performance.

Monalisa who played Mehak in the movie is a disappointment to see. Her acting is just like the movie, below average. Not in the single scene you can relate to her.

Music Review

Thereee are four Marathi songs in the movie sung by Aanadi Joshi, Harshwardhan, Ajit Parab, Urmila Dhangar and Mugdha Sabnis. Taaja Maal has become very popular among the Marathi music lovers.
